Hanoi will organise firework displays in four locations on September 2 to celebrate the 65 th anniversary of National Day.
According to Vice Director of the municipal Culture, Sports and Tourism Department Nguyen Khac Loi, high-range fireworks will be set off by Hoan Kiem Lake (Hoan Kiem District), Thong Nhat Park (Hai Ba Trung District), Ly Tu Trong monument (Tay Ho district) and Van Quan Lake (Ha Dong District).
To celebrate the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day as well as to mark 30 days ahead of the 1,000th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi, many cultural activities will take place in the centre of the city and 29 Districts.
